PhD candidate at the African Studies Center of Leiden in The Netherlands, Miss Fatima Diallo held a Master Degree in Public Law and a Professional Master in Cyberspace Law.
Generally, she is interested in the legal and political stakes in the construction of the information society with a focus on issues relating to the impact of information and communication technologies on public space, electoral process and democratic governance and Rule of Law in Africa.
Having previously worked on constitutional law and the Rule of Law in Senegal, she is a member of the Coordination committee of the African Constitutional Law Network (ANCL). At the ANCL, she joined the leadership of the working group on Access to Information. She is member of Council of Senior Associates of International School for Transparency (IST), the American Political Sciences Association (APSA) and the Council for Development of Social Sciences in Africa (CODESRIA).
