– Advanced Diploma in Law and Management of Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Namur in Belgium;

– Master’s in Regulation of the Digital Economy from Télécom ParisTech;

– Master’s in Energy Regulation from Mines ParisTech;

– Certification in Internet Governance from the University of Aarhus in Germany;

– Certification in Telecommunications Governance from Stockholm University in Sweden.

Professionally, Mr. IRO Adamou has held the following positions:

– Technical Advisor at HCNTIC;

– Project Manager for the Legal Framework of ICT at HCNTIC;

– Project Manager for the Government Intranet of Niger at HCNTIC;

– Member of the National Multisectoral Regulation Council;

– Head of Legal Affairs Department at ARCEP.

Mr. IRO Adamou is an associated expert in cyberstrategies with several international organizations as a consultant and adjunct lecturer. He is currently the Senior Manager of Public Affairs at American Tower Company responsible for Burkina Faso and Niger.
